Senator Mackie requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 411(FIN) An Act relating to issuance of a                       
winery license in a local option area be taken up. The bill was                
before the Senate on reconsideration.                                          
                                                                               
Senator Ward moved and asked unanimous consent that the                        
reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 411(FIN) be held to                   
the next calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
